Deepening Global Presence, Prioritizing Compliance.
Recently, Trifanz obtained registration certificates for five products in the Kazakhstani market in a single batch. The new additions include disposable tracheostomy tubes, tracheostomy filters, respiratory filters, tube retainers, and intubation guidewires. Combined with the endotracheal tubes and laryngeal masks previously launched in the market, the lineup now officially comprises seven products. Trifanz has achieved a systematic expansion of its portfolio of compliant products in Central Asia.
Standardization of Compliance Capabilities
These registration certificates were issued by the National Center for Medicines and Medical Devices of Kazakhstan. This represents a mandatory entry requirement for the local healthcare market. The review process covers three key areas: clinical safety, efficacy, and quality management systems.
The successful approval of all five products in a single review is underpinned by a mature quality control system. It also demonstrates that Trifanz’s compliance application capabilities have been standardized and are replicable.
What is even more noteworthy is not the individual breakthroughs, but the clinical value created by the combination of these seven products. They are no longer merely independent SKUs, but rather a complete chain of medical supplies built around airway management scenarios.
From Individual Product Approval to a Closed-Loop Scenario
Tracheostomy Phase: Tracheostomy intubation establishes a stable artificial airway. A tracheostomy filter is simultaneously inserted to filter particulate matter, humidify the inhaled gas, and reduce the risk of postoperative pulmonary infections.
Intubation Phase: The intubation guidewire leads the way, providing mechanical guidance for difficult airways. The intubation stabilizer then locks the tube in place, preventing unexpected events such as displacement or slippage.
Ventilation Phase: The endotracheal tube handles routine ventilation, while the laryngeal mask is suitable for short-term anesthesia. A respiratory filter is connected in series within the circuit to purify the gas and protect the equipment.
These seven products cover the entire process from preoperative assessment to intraoperative procedures and postoperative care. Healthcare institutions can make a single-purchase order, reducing the costs associated with coordinating multiple suppliers and minimizing risks related to compatibility and quality control.
Strategic Positioning in the Central Asian Market
Kazakhstan serves as a hub for medical procurement in the Central Asian region. Its registration credentials carry the credibility to extend influence to neighboring countries. By obtaining these certifications in a single batch, Trifanz has not only opened up a single market but also established a first-mover advantage at the regional level.
To date, these products have been exported to Kazakhstan in multiple batches and are available for supply throughout the surrounding Central Asian region.
